THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS - Product & Packaging Design
The Los Angeles Central Library required a cohesive packaging and merchandise collection for an exhibit centered around The Wind in the Willows, with the goal of extending the exhibit experience through engaging, story-driven products for young visitors and families. The project included designing a range of stationery and packaging items such as gift bags, pencil pouches, notepads, envelopes, pencils, and erasers that reflected the charm and nostalgia of the story. Centered on themes of friendship and connection, the designs incorporated playful illustrations, soft organic shapes, and a nature-inspired color palette influenced by the book’s landscapes and characters. I created a unified visual system that ensured consistency across all products while maintaining functionality, durability, and appeal for everyday use. The final collection successfully enhanced the museum store experience by offering memorable keepsakes that connected visitors to the exhibit through thoughtful and cohesive design.
